Over the past nine years, Zuri Hospitality Management has steadily adopted D-EDGE’s integrated hotel technology solutions across its growing portfolio of properties in Indonesia. Zuri Hospitality Management operates a network of hotels in key Indonesian destinations, including Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Palembang, Padang, Pekanbaru, Tangerang, Jababeka, Banjarmasin, Ketapang, and Bali. To manage this multi-property operation, the group depends on a unified tech stack that brings consistency, accuracy, and flexibility across the board.

As part of the partnership, Zuri uses D-EDGE’s Central Reservation System (CRS) alongside PMS Connectivity and Digital Media solutions, enabling Zuri’s corporate teams to centrally manage inventory, pricing, and distribution across its 20 properties.

This integrated approach assists Zuri Hospitality Management adapt quickly to market changes, maintain rate parity across channels, and offer a smooth, user-friendly booking journey to its guests.
