D-EDGE appoints Stéphanie Cabassu as General Secretary to support its transformation and growth ambitions
D-EDGE, the European leader in hotel technology, has announced the appointment of Stéphanie Cabassu as General Secretary. The creation of this strategic role reflects the company’s determination to accelerate its transformation, strengthen its governance, and sustain its growth trajectory.
As General Secretary, Stéphanie Cabassu will play a pivotal role in implementing the company’s strategic roadmap built around its mission: to simplify hospitality.
D-EDGE offers an integrated platform that empowers hoteliers to manage the entire guest journey from a single access point — from traffic acquisition and distribution (CRS) to customer relationship management (CRM). By centralising these functions within a unified ecosystem, D-EDGE streamlines operations, reduces reliance on intermediaries, and enhances overall hotels’performance.
This unified approach has become a key driver of D-EDGE’s growth and a foundation for its international expansion.
We are delighted to welcome Stéphanie to our Executive Committee. Her proven track record in transformation, her strategic vision, and her ability to unite teams around ambitious goals while deploying innovative models will be invaluable in supporting our development and strengthening our leadership position across Europe and Asia in hotel technology
A graduate of KEDGE Business School and HEC Paris, Stéphanie Cabassu brings over 20 years of experience in finance, corporate governance, and business transformation.
She began her career at Eurosport and went on to build an international path across several sectors — Tyres (Pirelli), Automotive (ByMyCar), and Consulting (Happyfew).
In 2020, Stéphanie joined Sephora as Chief Financial Officer for Italy, before taking on the role of Transformation Director for Europe, where she led large-scale programmes designed to centralise and optimise operational models. This broad and international expertise will be a key asset in supporting D-EDGE’s expansion, as the company now employs over 550 employees and serves 17,000 clients worldwide.
